Meet Esther Kim. Again.
Meet Esther Kim. Again.

There are a great deal of poets who make their journey across the land via Downtown L.A. Meet Shameless Navarro and listen to his poem.

Meet Jake Troth. He’s a talented person: He sings, He designs and he likes to fly his paper planes.

I do believe in messengers. I do believe in the goodness of people no matter what transgressions that have befallen them. I met Chesterlas Nelson Jr. last Saturday afternoon during my walk with Rio. His voice instantly drew me in. I listened to his story and he later allowed me to record him while he sang. This is what took place below:

There are many people in Los Angeles who claim the hustle. Few people I meet actually own up to that action. Elijah Kim is a person who wears many hats, whether it’s working in the music, fashion or media industry; Elijah is always plowing a new path in his respective field. Meet Elijah and take in his view.

As a man who’s favorite catch phrase is, “Just Gotta Ram Through It,” you get the immediate feel that Stewart Yost is someone who enjoys working with his hands. A fresh new talent in the realm of cinematography, Stew knows how to make things work.

And yes as the name would suggest, Jesse is very nice, he’s also a very intelligent guy. I’ve known Jesse for a few years from back in the days when I met him at the Frank151 offices in New York. Jesse has constantly been busy working on a variety of projects. Here’s a quick snapshot inside the mind of the man, the myth, the legend: Mr. Jesse Nicely.

Please meet Emily Malan. Fresh photography graduate of Art Center and ready to take on the world.

A conversation with Williams is always entertaining. Take a listen below:

Meet Jim Fetterley, one of the nicest and smartest people you will ever meet. Jim has been a huge inspiration for me in filmmaking. His “Animal Charm” art project has continued the grand tradition of video art to new heights.
Get to know Jim:

One of the nicest doormen you will meet in Downtown. I haven’t seen Mr. Noe for a few months since he was away for vacation. He possesses such a kind heart. I’ve only known him no less than a year, but I consider him a friend.

Amy enjoys the flower district on weekends. Take a look for yourself.

If you’re a resident in Downtown L.A., chances are you’ve either seen or spoken with Williams. He’s always gregarious and has stories to tell.
Say hello to Williams:

Please meet Amy Frederick.
